One a succesful transaction is complete you will be sent notification via your nominated email address to confirm your order details.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Certain glass and mirrors used may be unavailable at the time of order. In these circumstances we as Precision Glass may take longer to deliver the product to you. In these cases we will make you aware of any delays by contacting you via email or telephone.
Precision Glass aim to ship all ready-made items within 15 days of receiving your order. However this is the maximum time you will wait for your product. Regrettably, your order may be delayed if an item is not in stock.
We will ensure that you are kept updated by e-mail as to the status of your order. For made to order items, Precision Glass aim to deliver your product within 10-15 days. NB For deliveries to our customers who live in remote areas, delivery times may be longer.
Assisting with delivery In order to offer an efficient delivery service to all of our customers, drivers of the vehicles will unload your product/s but you will need to organise suitable help after this if needed.
All deliveries are carried out by a professional and independant delivery company and all consignmnets will need to be signed for. After consignments are dispatched, we will not be responisble for any delays by the delivery company.
If you are unhappy with your product and wish to return your item(s) to Precision Glass please contact us by email or telephone with details within 5 days of receipt for instructions.
All goods must be returned in the original packaging. The parcel and its contents however, are your responsibility until they reach us. We will not be responsible for broken or damaged returned products and the cost of returning any goods is at your expense. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days of receipt.
All our products are carefully packaged for transport. However, in the unlikely event, you receive a product which is damaged or broken, contact us immediately and will will arrange a collection and replace your product.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order prior to any commencement of work, Precision Glass will offer a full refund, unless payment has been made by Credit or debit card or any such payment method that incurs bank charges. In such instances a refund will be made less any banking charges incurred in accepting your method of payment.
